Sara Ahmadzadeh, Clinic Coordinator

Hello!

I am Sara Ahmadzadeh, a Master's Counselling Psychology student at Yorkville University, graduating in December 2024. Having a solid academic background in Children, Childhood, and Youth Studies from York University and a diploma in Liberal Arts from Seneca College, I am passionate about promoting mental health and empowering individuals to lead fulfilling lives.

As a future therapist, my primary objective is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals can openly express their concerns. I am passionate about providing empathetic support and helping clients navigate life's challenges. My mission is to empower individuals to cultivate good mental well-being, fostering resilience and personal growth.

Although my focus extends to working with individuals of all ages, I am particularly drawn to working with children and young adults. I believe that these developmental stages are crucial periods that significantly impact personality formation. Recognizing the importance of support during these formative years, I am committed to ensuring that children and young adults have the necessary tools to maintain positive mental health. I understand the significance of these stages and strive to provide the best possible care for my clients.

As a member of the Dream Wellness team, I play an active role in ensuring the smooth operation of our counselling practice. My responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, conducting intake assessments, handling client bookings, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless payment processes. My ultimate goal is to provide unwavering support to each individual, making the journey to mental health more accessible and navigable for every client.
